About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and customer relations to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
