Project Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a Project Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining project accounting for a portfolio of construction projects, preparing and processing AIA billings and project contracts, tracking project costs and performing job costing, managed progress payments and process invoices, and handling month-end close with GL maintenance.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Project Accounting experience, preferable in Construction Industry
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, etc.)
