KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage service orders and oversee the workflow in the service area, ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Take ownership of the customer experience by performing additional tasks that enhance the dealership's reputation.
  • Provide comprehensive support for all customer inquiries, whether in person or via phone, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maximize the efficiency of technicians' time to ensure service appointments are fully utilized.
  • Delegate tasks among technicians effectively.
  • Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores in alignment with company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and order necessary parts and tools.
  • Oversee warranty claim administration and provide training and supervision within the service department.
  • Establish schedules and assign responsibilities to service department staff.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with manufacturers and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Work closely with management to make informed decisions regarding hiring and employee discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
  • Effective communication skills with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Consistent track record of service and sales achievements.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented and self-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
