About Us:
We are a well-established automotive dealership with a commitment to excellence and a strong focus on building lasting relationships with our employees and customers. Our service department is experiencing significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team of skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles and provide detailed inspection reports, including brake and tire assessments, fluid levels, and component conditions.
- Perform road tests as necessary to evaluate vehicle performance.
- Identify additional repairs needed based on inspections and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
- Collaborate with parts associates to secure necessary components for repairs.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to the "Fix It Right First Time" philosophy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Comply with all relevant regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal.
- Other duties may be assigned based on expertise and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience is required.
- Toyota certification and experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for maintenance calculations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Integrity and professionalism are crucial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings is required.
