Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Neuropsychiatric Hospitals. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care, in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
  • At least one year of experience in psychiatric care, mental health, or addiction recovery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $40-$45 per hour, based on experience.
  • Night shift differential of $5 per hour, weekend day shift differential of $7 per hour, and weekend night shift differential of $10 per hour.
