Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution and licensed and Board-certified as a PMHNP in the state of Indiana.
- Professional Certifications: Active NPI, DEA, and CSR.
- Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to connect with patients on a compassionate and empathetic level, and commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in psychiatric medicine.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
