Job Summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Printer Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed printers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Printer Operation: Safely operate high-speed printers, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any defects or issues.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printer equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with production team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

The associate will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, loud noises, and a variety of temperatures. The ability to work in a team environment and be self-driven is essential.
