Job Summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Printer Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-speed printers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Quality Focus: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Printer Operation: Operate high-speed printers, verifying proper setup and ensuring quality control.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal printer performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and speak basic English.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. May be required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. May lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repetitively.
