Job Summary

As a key member of our Credit Card Services department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all credit card processes are administered in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and measure workload, quality of output, quantity of output, and overall performance of the Credit Card Services Team.
  • Ensure all Credit Card processes are administered in a timely and accurate manner to meet the business requirements of the channel.
  • Provide performance coaching and conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Credit Card management tools and systems.
  • Provide and/or request relevant cross-training and back up support for team members.
  • Participate in the selection and hiring process and establish Individual Development Plans with team members.
  • Act as a liaison between members, Information Systems, and third-party vendors.
Requirements
  • 2-year AA degree preferred and minimum 4 years related experience.
  • Project and team management experience.
  • Two years supervisory or lead/senior experience.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities in areas such as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, database management, and analytical skills.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work the hours needed, which may extend beyond the defined work schedule when operating conditions dictate. Primarily weekdays, some weekends, alternate work schedule available.
