We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to fill the role of Vehicle Title and Registration Processor. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with comprehensive training and certification provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of vehicle title and registration processes across multiple states.
- Verify and compare uploaded documents with the data in our system.
- Approve accurate transactions or flag discrepancies for correction.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues via phone and email.
- Escalate unresolved questions or issues to higher support when necessary.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and ease of use with software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.
- Flexibility to work within multiple programs and systems.
Certification Process:
To perform this role in the Arizona system, state certification is required. We will provide the necessary training and testing arrangements, with certification typically completed within 4 months during work hours.
Contract Details:
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position. Candidates who successfully complete certification and demonstrate strong performance will be offered full-time employment.
