SUMMARY:
The Corporate Account Manager (CAM) role is responsible for overseeing, guiding, and training team members who facilitate on-site engagements and presentations tailored to meet the needs of our clients, playing a crucial role in maintaining their operational momentum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees, guides, mentors, and trains staff engaged in support functions.
Develops presentations for contract implementation.
Monitors and reports on performance metrics.
Collects and manages documentation related to cost savings.
Ensures prompt responses to inquiries and projects from branches and management.
Travels across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Assists Strategic Account Managers with all designated accounts and collaborates with them during client on-site visits and presentations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor's degree is typically required, along with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced mathematical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Robust analytical skills.
Positive demeanor, high energy, and a strong desire to engage directly with clients.
Comfortable delivering presentations.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
