Job Title: CRM Business Analyst

Milton CAT is seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution and Customer Engagement Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of CRM
  • Support requirements-gathering and documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations
  • Coordinate internal UAT functional requirements and design
  • Create project documentation, including user manuals, training deliverables, business requirements documentation, test scripts, and work product validation
  • Translate business requirements into functional documentation
  • Understand business problems and recommend technical solutions offered within the CE platform
  • Cross-train and utilize a train-the-trainer approach to expand CRM users' skills, use, and adoption of the tool
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting CRM software solutions
  • Ideal candidates will have previous work as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Experience in data analytics and data validation
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable in a project-driven role
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong collaborator comfortable interacting with team members across broad functional areas
  • Occasional travel within New England and Upstate New York may be required
