About the Role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our Lerner School for Autism team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing treatment plans for students with autism, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intakes and assessments for patients, developing and monitoring treatment plans.
  • Participate in training and supervision of staff as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with appropriate policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Minimum three years of experience working with individuals with autism utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
