LPN Medical Office Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Medical Office, you will provide direct and indirect patient care to patients in an ambulatory care setting. You will work under the direction of a physician or professional healthcare provider to coordinate and implement appropriate nursing interventions and patient care support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Licensed in the State of Indiana.
  • CPR certification.
  • One or more years of experience as an LPN in a hospital or ambulatory care setting preferred.
