LPN Medical Office Professional

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Saint Joseph Health System. As an LPN, you will administer direct and indirect patient care to patients in an ambulatory care setting, working under the direction of a physician or professional healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement appropriate nursing interventions and patient care support services in conjunction with the physician's or healthcare provider's comprehensive patient care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician or healthcare provider.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician or healthcare provider.
- Provide patient education and support to promote healthy outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Licensed in the State of Indiana.
- CPR certification.
- One or more years of experience as an LPN in a hospital or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
