Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in an ambulatory care setting. As an LPN, you will administer direct and indirect patient care, working under the direction of a physician or professional healthcare provider. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and implement appropriate nursing interventions and patient care support services in conjunction with the physician's or healthcare provider's comprehensive patient care plan.

Job Specifications and Core Competencies
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Licensure: Licensed in the State of Indiana, with CPR certification.
  • Experience: One or more years of experience as an LPN in a hospital or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
