Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role, preferably within the construction or agriculture industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, SAGE, or similar, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with construction-specific accounting software is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
