Position: Packaging Operations Specialist - Night Shift - Competitive Pay

Role Overview:
The Packaging Operations Specialist position encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the efficiency and quality of our packaging processes. This role is integral to our operations, allowing team members to engage in multiple facets of the packaging line, including but not limited to palletizing and packaging operations. The rotating schedule fosters a collaborative environment where each team member contributes to our collective goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in safety and quality assurance programs.
  • Conduct routine quality assessments as per established protocols.
  • Adhere to daily management standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to manage the packaging area effectively.
  • Engage in scheduled maintenance and development activities.
  • Operate forklifts for material handling and supply management.
  • Perform quality checks, including metal detection and seal integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packaging environment.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Training and certification in relevant packaging operations will be provided.
