Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team at Northwoods Inc of Wisconsin. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the Marquette County Rest Areas and surrounding grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Transport crew members safely using company vehicles and conduct quality checks on finished work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility condition and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs and concerns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
