Role Overview:

As a Beach Server, you will deliver outstanding service, ensuring that our beach and pool guests receive their food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and precise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and introduce our QR code ordering system.
  • Efficiently take and process orders through both QR code and traditional methods.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and more.
  • Ensure prompt delivery of meals and drinks while collaborating with the bartending team.
  • Maintain accuracy in orders and address any guest concerns swiftly.
  • Assist with take-out orders and complete assigned side work tasks.
  • Set up and dismantle service stations and support various functions as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior serving experience.
  • Ability to stand and walk on sand throughout shifts and work comfortably outdoors.

  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs.
