Injection Molding Technician

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Jabil. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting production goals and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Analyze daily process yield reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with test engineers to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase process yields.
• Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and product evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and maintain process bibles and 5x5s to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform NPI test evaluations and proactively prevent test escapes.
• Ensure product testing completeness and reliability.
• Update and generate documentation as required.
• Assist project test engineers with test process reviews and evaluate test probes.
• Set up equipment to perform programming and verification tests following established procedures.
• Ensure quality and improve efficiency through the use of the SPC system.
• Operate automated electronic test equipment on manufactured circuit board assemblies and subassemblies.
• Responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of the manufacturing line and meeting production goals.

• AS degree, technical school certification, or equivalent and 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of all test engineering department procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
