Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Human Factors Engineering (HFE) plans and specifications for projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HFE activities are integrated into project workflows.
  • Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential human factors-related hazards.
  • Develop and deliver HFE training programs for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including IOGP 454 and ASTM F 1166.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in design and construction, with a strong background in HFE.
  • Proven track record of delivering HFE projects and programs in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including NEBOSH certification.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with French language skills a plus.
