Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Human Factors Engineering (HFE) plans and specifications for projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HFE activities are integrated into project workflows.
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis to identify potential human factors-related hazards.
- Develop and deliver HFE training programs for project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including IOGP 454 and ASTM F 1166.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design and construction, with a strong background in HFE.
- Proven track record of delivering HFE projects and programs in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including NEBOSH certification.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, with French language skills a plus.
