The successful applicant will work collaboratively with local team members and interact regularly with other company resources, experts, and management located in other parts of the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical assistance to customers (EPC's, installers) to ensure the proper installation of the SCADA system
  • Supporting the purchasing team in the procurement of materials from US vendors
  • Organizing and executing plant commissioning tasks and generating associated commissioning documents
  • Traveling to project sites, as needed, to perform field commissioning
  • Assisting customers with testing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and device application problems
  • Assisting Technical Support personnel with support-related matters
  • Actively participating and contributing in developing a Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan and documentation for plants commissioning

We're looking for someone who is effective at managing multiple tasks of varying complexities, works well under pressure, and is driven by continuous learning and growth.

We're an agile software development company that's big enough to make an impact but small enough to move quickly and execute in a growing industry. We're proud of our highly skilled crowd and the savviness each of us brings to the team.

We offer a friendly and collaborative work environment, flexible hours, and a hybrid/remote work setup that allows everyone to set themselves up for success and create a more sustainable work-life balance.
