Position SummaryThe Branch Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and drive business growth within the branch. This role requires active engagement with vendors, clients, field teams, and corporate departments. The ideal candidate will possess experience in temporary traffic control, utilities, or the construction sector and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery by our operational staff. The primary focus will be on optimizing the use of personnel, equipment, and materials to enhance productivity while maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate office operations in alignment with the corporate strategic objectives.
- Assist in setting and achieving sales targets, forecasts, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of policy and strategic plans.
- Promote a culture of safety among employees and clients, conducting regular safety meetings as per the company’s Safety and Illness Prevention Program.
- Implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability while managing the budget effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to cost efficiency and revenue, keeping leadership informed of both challenges and successes.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings and relevant trench shoring regulations; actively engage in the estimating process.
- Minimum of 7 years in an operations management role, with a proven track record in leading teams and processes.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of profit and loss management is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with clients and staff, driving positive outcomes.
- History of achieving growth and increasing revenue.
- Proven experience in effective financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities; capable of executing new business initiatives while maintaining trust and commitment from clients and employees.
- Strategic thinker with creative and tactical skills to expand market presence.
- Preferred experience in Trench Shoring Services, Utilities, or the Construction Industry; local knowledge is advantageous.

The compensation for this role includes a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and a company vehicle with a gas card. The salary will be determined based on internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
