We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role will play a critical part in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care services to patients across the region.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
About the Role:
As a Pharmaceutical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized pharmaceutical care services to patients, including medication therapy management and disease state management.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records of patient care activities.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in pharmacology and therapeutics.
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical care or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
