About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for providing high-quality mental health services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical program, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with CALM's standards and best practices. They will also provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting their professional growth and development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $81,120-$108,160 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field
  • Current California license and minimum of 2 years clinical experience post licensure required
  • Experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families preferred
