Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Santa Maria Full Service Partnership (FSP) team.

About the Job:

  • Direct the administrative operations of the FSP team, including scheduling staff work hours and leading daily organizational meetings.
  • Coordinate client admission processes and treatment services in partnership with psychiatrists.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and supervise staff on documentation requirements.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
