About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Triangle DeCon Services, Inc. This individual will be responsible for managing the relocation of existing furniture and equipment, as well as the procurement and installation of new FF&E for various college facilities.

This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. The successful candidate will work closely with the College Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relocation of existing furniture and equipment, including disassembly, transportation, and reassembly.
  • Procure and install new FF&E, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.
  • Work with the College Project Director and other stakeholders to identify FF&E requirements for each project.
  • Coordinate the delivery and installation of FF&E, ensuring that all materials are received on time and in good condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of all FF&E transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and coordination, with a focus on FF&E procurement and relocation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software.
