Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine parts reusability, develop lists, and make repair decisions without direct supervision.
  • Communicate effectively, complete service reports accurately, and handle parts returns and core credits as per company policies.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, adhere to safety rules, and participate in accident prevention activities.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • One to two years of experience (preferably).
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks, physical exams, and drug screening tests.
Work Environment:
  • Standard five-day schedule with occasional overtime and weekend hours.
  • Occasional pressure to meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range:

$52,500 - $65,000 per year
