MidSouth Region Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our MidSouth Region's Hauling Operations Fleet Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fleet maintenance, repairs, and management.

As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the maintenance of approximately 2,200 hauling operations vehicles positioned in 34 district locations across 6 states in the MidSouth Region.

This role requires an effective leader who exemplifies our company values, can train, motivate and coach their team to be self-directed empowered employees who operate through these values to meet and exceed company goals.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain a large fleet of vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:
Degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or business administration, or equivalent experience in fleet maintenance and management. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
