Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all vehicle registrations in accordance with state laws
  • Prepare necessary tax and title documentation
  • Submit legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Ensure funds are collected and lien holders are paid before processing title applications
  • Verify the accuracy of applications and completeness of information
  • Prepare payoff checks for new acquisitions and trade-ins
  • Maintain a verification system for out-of-state titles
  • Keep a detailed record of outstanding title work and report any issues to management

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in License & Title processing
  • Familiarity with CDK/ADP Dealer Service systems is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
