Job Title: Guest Services and Events Team Member

Job Summary:

The Guest Services and Events Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, registering guests and processing payments, and assisting with event coordination and execution. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, and other programs.
  • Assist with event coordination and execution, including setup, registration, and cleanup.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including event details and guest information.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
