Position Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires engaging with customers and demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Floor Duties:

  • Drive store sales by actively engaging with customers and providing personalized service.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect fit by asking insightful questions.
  • Convert returns and promotions into larger sales opportunities.

Cash Wrap Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
  • Encourage additional purchases at checkout to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cash wrap area and manage returns effectively.

Processing and Replenishment:

  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and maintain backroom organization.
  • Ensure product availability by replenishing stock according to brand standards.
  • Assist with markdowns and inventory management as needed.

Floorset Execution:

  • Implement floorset changes in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain backroom organization to facilitate efficient restocking.

General Associate Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving top-line sales results through proactive engagement.
  • Focus on bras as a key product differentiator to build customer loyalty.
  • Prepare for shifts by staying informed about promotions and sales procedures.
  • Take initiative in recovering and replenishing merchandise to ensure availability.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean sales environment.
  • Foster a safe working environment and support loss prevention efforts.
