The role of the Housekeeping Attendant is essential in delivering a remarkable experience for both guests and team members by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in guest accommodations.

  • Exhibits unwavering dedication to providing an exceptional experience for our guests and staff.
  • Performs cleaning duties in assigned guest rooms in accordance with company protocols and standards.
  • Maintains housekeeping carts, storage areas, and laundry facilities to meet company expectations while in operation.
  • Replenishes supplies in carts and storage areas as required or instructed by management.
  • Communicates any maintenance concerns directly to the front desk or the manager on duty.
  • Reports any found guest belongings in the room to the front desk and manager on duty.
  • Assists and accommodates guest requests to the best of ability.
  • Adheres to all safety and security regulations and procedures.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in the cleaning of other hotel areas as directed by management when necessary, including staff break rooms, guest laundry, fitness facilities, vending areas, stairwells, and communal spaces.

Accountable for upholding overall cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Other responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
