KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will oversee all activities during your shift, which encompasses managing costs, inventory, cash flow, and customer interactions. Leading by example is crucial, and adherence to all policies and procedures is expected from both you and your team.
  • Additional responsibilities include: staffing, administrative tasks, cost management, food oversight, scheduling, maintaining a professional image, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring attendance and punctuality, transportation logistics, maintaining store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and driving profitability.

GENERAL DUTIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS
  • Operate all necessary equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and preparation areas.
  • Prepare food products.
  • Process customer orders via phone and in-person.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete related paperwork.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
TRAINING
  • Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
  • Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Essential functions include basic arithmetic skills and the ability to provide correct change.
  • Proficiency in taking and processing orders through various means.
  • Motor skills for precise movements and the ability to navigate delivery areas.
  • Capability to manage deliveries in diverse environments.
