Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the hotel's shuttle van, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for guests
  • Assist guests with luggage, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Provide information to guests about the hotel and local area
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle van and surrounding areas
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
  • Participate in mandatory trainings and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50-70 pounds
  • Ability to multitask and display good initiative
