Job Title: EDI Manager, Integration Solutions

At Ingram Micro, we're looking for a skilled EDI Manager to join our Integration Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of IT analysts integrating EDI/API Solutions (eCommerce) and overseeing team performance in working with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee team preparation of detailed user, functional, and design specifications for technical teams.
  • Work with external trading partners and Ingram Micro business teams to identify and represent Integration Solutions requirements.
  • Develop and execute staffing plans based on current and anticipated needs.
  • Establish performance goals, develop measurable performance standards, and establish necessary checkpoints to monitor progress.
  • Act as a resource to the team and business units in the application of eCommerce technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant science and math disciplines with an IT emphasis.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of programming and systems design, deployment, and management experience.
  • Knowledge of B2B integration technologies, including API/EDI/RosettaNet.
  • Understanding of data transport methods, such as VAN, AS2, SOAP, SFTP, and HTTPS.
  • Functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain, and/or Finance.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay range: $95,700.00 - $162,700.00 per year.
  • Eligibility for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
