Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator

Volt is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY. As a key member of our Paid Media Operations & Tech team, you will play a critical role in driving new subscriber growth and optimizing user acquisition via paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and distribute first-party audiences to our marketing platforms utilizing data management tools.
  • Project manage and provide updates on critical audience initiatives.
  • Audit and update our global audience setup and requirements.
  • Build processes and tracking materials for internal teams that adhere to privacy and legal guidelines across BUs.
  • Work with channel teams to review audience implementation and activation across platform partners.
  • Manage request intake and prioritization of xLOB requests and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.
  • In-house Marketing or Agency experience.
  • Detailed-oriented with proven success in process development and execution.
  • Strong background in Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including familiarity with audience segmentation tools and strategies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $45.00-$55.00, depending on experience.
