Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Specialist to join our team at VSL Employee Co LLC. As a Memory Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with memory-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily life activities as indicated in service plans, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Perform various services for residents, including laundry, escorting to activities, and other tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise service plans, ensuring residents' needs and preferences are met.
  • Observe and report resident problems, documenting incidents and concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet state health-related requirements.
  • CNA certification preferred but not required.
