Job Summary
This Kitchen Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that meet our quality and nutritional standards.
- Manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory and waste disposal.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a kitchen management role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
