Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health system pharmacy and experience in managing others and overseeing operational initiatives. The Consultant Pharmacist will work with our clients to achieve excellence in their pharmacy programs and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive on-site and remote support for leading client engagements and achieving project deliverables
  • Coordinate overall project delivery to meet project objectives and client expectations
  • Work with others to establish overall project direction
  • Plan and manage distinct segments of work
  • Drive change and assist with implementation of solutions with clients
  • Build strong relationships with client team members
  • Diagnose client problems and develop effective solutions
  • Contribute to the advancement of Visante's capabilities through policy, procedure, template, or standard work development
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables for clients
Qualifications
  • A PharmD or bachelor's degree in pharmacy is required
  • Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH, MHA) is preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience working in health system pharmacy, including 3+ years in managing others and overseeing operational initiatives or completion of a HSPAL residency training program

  • Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives, utilizing clear and concise verbal and written communication

  • Ability to make sound, timely decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
