Department Overview

The Psychiatric and Psychological departments at Children's Minnesota provide a range of services, including individual and family therapy, psychological assessment, neuropsychological assessment, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Our team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to children and families.

Job Summary

This role exists to support the providers and staff in the pediatric clinic, assisting with clerical and patient care tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, and experience in a healthcare setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist providers and staff with clerical and patient care tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Support the smooth operation of the pediatric clinic

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification
  • Post-high school training in a healthcare setting and/or pediatric experience preferred
