Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the integration and middleware solutions for Salesforce CRM.
2. Design, implement, and manage a global integration platform and its associated tools.
3. Collaborate on the analysis and consultation of new integration requirements.
4. Develop and oversee integration scenarios, ensuring seamless operations within a global DevOps team.
5. Take full ownership of integration scenarios between enterprise applications and Salesforce, including both operational and developmental aspects.
6. Guide the technological direction for future Salesforce integrations.
7. Provide support for various integration scenarios with different systems as needed.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integration as a developer or administrator.
- Proficient in tools such as SAP Cloud Integration, MS Azure EventHub, Apache Kafka, Azure Kubernetes Services, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration with ERP systems like SAP is preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Strong proactive attitude with a collaborative spirit.
- Solid understanding of coding and scripting.
- Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
- Experience in agile DevOps teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL Foundation is desirable).

Collaboration Tools:
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
