The Evening Hospitality Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public spaces. Duties may include, but are not limited to, thorough cleaning of designated areas, organizing and maintaining complimentary lobby services such as coffee stations and evening concierge activities, cleaning and preparing meeting rooms, delivering requested items to guest rooms, and operating the shuttle van as required.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable state and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
  • Capable of evaluating and selecting among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under stress.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Daily cleaning and buffing of floors according to hotel standards.
  • Shampoo carpets in public areas as per hotel guidelines.
  • Shampoo furniture as needed following hotel protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and ensure regular maintenance throughout the shift.
  • Assist guests with luggage in a friendly and efficient manner during check-in and check-out.
  • Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests and fellow associates.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
  • At the end of each shift, return all keys and assignment sheets to the Housekeeping or Front Office.
  • Complete daily assignment checklist and submit to the supervisor at the end of the day.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
