Job Overview

Dobbs Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Instructor to join our team and deliver top-tier instructional services for the U.S. Army Senior Leader Development College's Cyber Network Defense (CND) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality instruction, refine existing course materials, and support students in developing expertise for 25D Cyber Network Defender and 255S Cyberspace Defense Technician roles.
  • Mentor and guide students, tailoring instruction to individual learning needs while progressively increasing the complexity of tasks.
  • Continuously evaluate and update course materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with Army Cyber School objectives.
  • Utilize the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) methodology to develop and enhance curriculum.
  • Fulfill Instructor/Writer duties, including crafting comprehensive lesson plans and practical exercises aligned with Cybersecurity frameworks and Army training standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or five additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire and maintain it throughout employment.
  • Security+ Certification.
  • Experience fostering self-development in students within the 25 Series MOS or equivalent cyber roles.
  • Advanced writing skills, including the ability to create and tailor content.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Blackboard, and ATRRS.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on location and industry standards.
