Job Overview
As an HR Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will be responsible for assisting Soldiers with their career development and providing personnel support. This role requires a strong understanding of business administration and the ability to follow detailed orders.

About the Role
In this position, you will oversee all strength management and strength distribution actions, ensuring that the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining emergency notification data, postal and personnel accountability support, and assisting on all human resource support matters.

Requirements
