About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team in supporting the development and delivery of training packages for Tactical Network (TN) systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining training programs to ensure that warfighters have the necessary skills to operate and maintain TN systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop New Equipment Training (NET) analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, delivery, and maintenance of training packages in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and TRADOC Pamphlet requirements.
  • Operate, install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform field-level maintenance on TN equipment, including satellite communication terminals, network communication systems, radios, and line-of-sight and wireless fidelity systems.
  • Utilize Work Packages, Technical Manuals, Original Equipment Manufacturer product material, and Detailed Technical Procedures to develop training materials.
  • Review quarterly updates to ensure training material remains up-to-date and aligned with software changes pushed to warfighters supporting TN systems.
  • Travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations to support New Equipment Fielding (NEF) Training, modifications, and operational needs statements for TN.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of experience or equivalent Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) in lieu of degree and 4 years of hands-on experience on related TN systems.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Technical understanding and experience with TN systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of SATCOM, LOS, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • LAN and WAN networking experience (Net+, Sec+, CCNA preferred).
  • U.S. Passport required.
  • Minimum of 80% CONUS and OCONUS travel required.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $55,250.00 - $99,875.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
