Finance Operations Associate Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a vital member of the Finance team, the Finance Operations Associate Manager will foster a robust financial environment, evaluate performance metrics and reporting, manage financial transactions, and deliver insightful analysis for the operational budget. This position is expected to guide colleagues towards achieving operational objectives, collaborate with production teams to enhance business outcomes, and provide leadership support as necessary for the Financial Operations Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and continuous management of the annual operational budget
  • Establish and oversee internal financial controls
  • Co-Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity to fulfill site objectives
  • Execute financial transactions and maintain ongoing financial reporting
  • Offer support for the site's Financial Operations Manager as needed
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements and productivity enhancements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and build effective relationships across all organizational levels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a finance or accounting role within a manufacturing context
  • Familiarity with SAP in a manufacturing setting
  • Financial literacy and acumen
  • Proven analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration with all operational levels

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • International relocation or remote working arrangements outside of the country will not be considered.

The compensation range for this role is competitive and reflects various factors considered in the hiring process, including education, skills, work experience, and certifications.
