Job Title: Integrated Business Planning Global Demand Leader

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Business Planning Global Demand Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global demand planning strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain global demand plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely demand forecasting
  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance demand planning capabilities
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in demand planning, business planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through demand planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
