Position Overview:

  • Deliver quality assurance support throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Ensure adherence to customer specifications
  • Act as Rantec's representative in quality-related customer engagements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform audits and inspections
  • Facilitate training and mentorship programs
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Engage in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience as a QA Engineer in the Aerospace sector
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • In-depth knowledge of APQP and Root Cause Analysis methodologies

Salary Range: $79,000 - $100,000 Annually
